Requesting and Managing Login Maps to the Tour Operators

Overview
To receive up-to-date availability and tours, login maps are required to allow TourDesk to log in to each individual ResPax system and obtain information for display and book tours directly rather than confirmation by email. To be able to use TourDesk to its maximum potential, logins are required to each ResPax operator attached to the map.
Requesting a Login
To access the Login Maps, click on My Company in the main menu and click on the Login Maps tab...
This tab maintains and shows all the listed operators that are able to map tours and availability in real time to TourDesk. To request a login from a tour operator, click Request next the operator's name...
Once a request has been sent to the operator with the company's details attached, the operator's status changes to Login Requested, Waiting for Operator with the status image changing also...
At this point, the operator would need to accept the company's login request before users are able to use this operator real time.
Managing the Login Maps
When a login has been requested, accepted and mapped successfully there is no more maintenance required. To see if the company's login is still enabled with the tour operator, click Test next to the operator's name...
This will come up with a prompt shown below...
Click Ok, TourDesk will go and test the login given to the company by the operator and come back with a result...
