Enabling Multiple Currencies

Overview
When using TourDesk, prices and levies can be displayed in multiple different currencies in the booking cart. These are defined by the Administrator by setting the different Currency Rates. When a currency rate is entered into the TourDesk database, TourDesk automatically enables it for use and allows consultants to calculate how much a tour will cost in the different currencies.
Adding a Currency
To access Currency Rates, Click on My Company in the main menu and go to the Curr Rates tab...
This will show the Currency Rates of all entered rate conversions so far...
Click on Add New Price...
Select the Base Currency which is the Base Currency that is used by the company and select the Currency that it will convert to...
Type in the rate of conversion...
Click Save Changes and TourDesk will add the conversion to the list and activate the currency for use...
Editing a Currency
Under the Curr Rates tab in My Company...
Click on a currency that needs to be updated...
This screen allows you to edit where needed, whether it be changing the Base Currency, Currency or Rate of conversion...
Click Save Changes to save the edited currency...
Or click Delete to delete the currency and disable this currency to be used in the Booking Cart...
