Overview
This section describes how to add bus pick-ups to your tours.
Setting up a new route
1. Click on the "Setup Product " tab and double click on the tour.
2. Click on the "Pickups" tab.
3. Select the "Pickup list" radio button.
4. Double click on the route.
5. Fill in the required details and "Save Changes"
The amount of stops are the actual number of locations or zones that the bus will stop at. Each stop has a time associated to it and can have more than one physical pick-up location.
Setting up bus pick-ups
Double click on the new route created.(Northern Bus rego CG404 in this example.) Click on "Add New Pickups".
Tick the "Enable" box and fill in as much or little information as you want. "Save Changes"
Left click and hold on the pick-up location and drag it onto the required stop on the left.
The first stop is scheduled equal to the route departure time. Each stop thereafter is scheduled 10 minutes after the previous stop. This can be changed by double clicking on the stop and changing the increment from the route departure.
Each pick-up can be assigned a sequence, so you can order the pick-ups on each stop. Double click on the pick-up and change the order and save.
