Setting up Availability

Overview
Before a product/tour can be booked, the maximum availability must be set up. Sometimes the availability for a specific day/s need to be changed. This section describes how to do that.
Set availability on a tour
1. Click on the "Setup Product" tab and double click on the tour.
2. Click one the "Availability" tab and either click on the availability date that needs to be changed or click on "Set Availability" to create a new range.
3. Set the "Expiry" field to the amount of whole hours before tour departure that you allow new bookings to be made.
