How To Map a New Operator

Overview
To book the operators with TourDesk, you will need to map your organisation to the remote operator. This is a very simple process where you request a map, the operator approves it and you are ready to book. You will need to map a login to each operator that you wish to use and book.
Send a map request
Click on "My Company" and then "Login Maps"" tab.
Click on the "Request Map" next to the operator that you are requesting. Confirm on the next screen. Wait for the email from the operator confirming that you have been mapped. This is NOT an automated process and depends on the operator to authorise your map request. Please contact the operator if you have any questions regarding the progress of your request.
