Overview
Taskmaster is a stand alone program that manages the emailing, faxing, sending of sms's and other system scheduled tasks. It runs on a continues loop every 15 minutes after it previous last task has been completed.
View tasks and logs
The pending tasks and logs can be viewed in the diary section of "Reservations":
The actual logs and activity can be viewed in the respective sub-sections:
Blue lines are emails sent and any red lines are errors - the line will include the error message. Netwizard emails - i.e. web bookings will have a NW string in front of the message to indicate that it came from Netwizard.
The Taskmaster report lives in the normal reports section. It contains by default the last 30 days of activity, unless it has been specifically modified for a client to be more or less days. Trinity Software keeps a record that goes back many years and can be requested by email to support@respax.com.au at the normal support rates.
