Creating A Pass for Hop On Hop Off (hoho)

Overview
This HowTo document is designed to show you how to create a typical pass.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The above steps must to be followed first before the Pass is usable.
Create Pass
Click on the Maintenance Tab
Click on the Edit/Add Tours icon
Confirm that the Pass code is not already in use
Click on New Day Tour button.
Type in the Code and Name for the Pass.
In Operator, select the tour operator who operates this Pass.
In Fin Owner, check that the Financial Owner is the owner of the Pass.
Set the Price Matrix Type to Pax, Basis & Type.
Click on the Schedule button at the bottom of the maintenance screen.
Add a new schedule time (pickup time for the first pickup in this Pass) and make it the default.
Upload new attachment "r4w_howtos_managingtoursetups_createtour_createpass_006.gif"
At this point click on Save to allow Respax to pre-fill all the other tables it uses.
