Making Adhoc Bookings

Overview
Adhoc Bookings are different from package bookings as when creating adhoc bookings, a user adds components individually rather than components being brought in automatically and is different from inline editor bookings as bookings are added through the components view and various other specifics unique to each way of booking.
Before making an adhoc booking, an adhoc code needs to be created through Edit/Add Tours. For more information, please see Creating the ad hoc header code
Making a Booking
Open a New Booking screen through Reservations -> and enter the following...
Agent: TEST - Test Organisation
Ref: TA1236
Date: 30/11/2010
Adults: 2
Code: BOOK
Click Add Component to add the first tour or package...
Code: OW4D1N
Basis: Standard
Type: Standard
Pickup: Hotel 1
Click Save/Add...
ResPax will now add the OW4D1N package underneath the adhoc code. More packages and tours can be added in the same way as just demonstrated. This allows multiple tours to be booked at the same time if desired...
Just like making a package booking, each component can be individually customised and changed in accordance to the passengers needs and requirements.
