Cancel A Booking

Overview
When "cancelling" a booking, many different aspects come to into view. Each company's cancellation policy is unique and in turn, each cancellation method in ResPax can differ.
This tutorial will go through cancelling a booking completely where all monies are refunded and the booking is cancelled in ResPax.
Refunding Payment Lines
The booking that is about to be cancelled is Mr John Smith travelling on the 20th of December 2010 on TUTEXP - Tutorial Experience. Locate and open the booking...
The payment section...
Currently has only a POB line. This can be removed by clicking Clear All
Or by clicking the payment line and clicking Deleting Payment
Cancelling the Booking
Now that the payment lines equal 0, the booking can be cancelled. Click Cancel Booking...
Type in the Agent Ref and the Cancellation Reason and click Ok
