Overview
This section will demonstrate how to set resources on a tour. There are 3 scenarios:
a simple default availability for always,
a default positive availability for always with an overriding availability for specific dates
and thirdly a default zero availability for always with an overriding availability for specific dates.
A default availability for always.
This is the simplest scenario. The tour has always the same availability irrespective of date or departure time. The moment this needs to be changed, see the two scenarios below.
Set the default availability
Make sure you have the "Disable availability check" not ticked.
A positive default availability with overriding data.
This scenario allows you to always book the tour irrespective of date or departure time up to the default level, apart from the days/departure times specifically modified.
