Overview
This HowTo document is designed to show you how to create a typical pass.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The above steps must to be followed first before the Pass is usable.
Create Pass
Click on Maintenance on the menu
Click on the Edit/Add Tours submenu
Confirm that the Pass code is not already in use
Click on Tour Setup Wizard button.
Tour Code = NORTH
Tour Name = Townsville to Cairns
Operator = Test Organisation
Owner = Test Organisation
Tour Type = Day Tour
Departure Time = 08:30
Basis = Standard
SubBasis = Standard
At this point click on Save Changes to allow Respax to pre-fill all the other tables it uses.
