Setting commissions

Overview
A tour can have an overriding commission level set against it for certain agents. This section describes how to implement it. If more than one tour or agent is involved, the commission wizard is most probably a better option to use.
Set simple % commission for all agents
Open the tour and click on the "Commissions" tab.
Click on the "Set Range" button and set your new commission rate for all agents. "Set All" saves. Note: as with any tour maintenance, the changes do not automatically get updated in all existing bookings. Only new bookings will have the new commission in them. If you open an existing booking, it will pick up the new commission and you have the option to commit the changes or exit without saving changes.
Set very specific commission
Open the tour and click on the "Commissions" tab.
Click on the "Add New" button and "F2" in the agent cell and pick the correct agent.
If you want just a default % commission for this agent for all fares and dates, just fill the "Commission %" field in and "Save Changes"
If you require more detail, still fill in a default commission in the the "Commission %" field, but also tick "Use Matrix" and click "Add New" Now you have a range of options to tailor make your unique commission structure:
