Enable Basis Pickups - Controlling bus pickups/stops

Overview
By default all pick ups on all stops on all routes attached to a tour, will be available for selection. This might not be the ideal for various reasons. This is especially true for tours that are web enabled. Respax provides the "Basis Pickups" function to control exactly which routes/stops/pick ups are available for each basis. To still have routes/pick ups available for selection, but not set as default and hidden on first glance, refer to this section: Set the default bus route on a tour
Set Bus Basis Pickups
In this example we have a tour with a budget option where no pick up is available. The customer must make their own way to the tour departure point. We have created a "Budget" basis for the tour. Only on this basis will we enable Basis Pickups.
Open the applicable tour for maintenance and click the Bases tab.
Select the basis where "Basis Pickups" will apply - for our example the Budget - make own way basis
Click on the "Area Pickups" tab and tick "Enable Basis Pickups". For our example the "No Pickups Required" with STOP 1 is the only route we want enabled for this Budget basis. Tick that and "Update" and "Save"
