How to upload a company logo.

Overview

This "How To" will explain how to upload a company logo so it can be used on reports.
Important things to remember:

  1. The logo file must be a jpg file and approximately 80 x 80 pixels.
  2. The file must be smaller than 50kB. A small file speeds up the generation of the reports.
  3. If the logo does not show correct on the report, TSA will fix the aspect ratio of the file FOC.

Find the logo file

At this stage we assume you have your logo file saved in My Documents on the server that hosts Respax. Important: If you use a remote hosted server, follow this "How To" document to map your local drives to the remote server - Mapping Network Drives on RDP. This way, you can save your logo file on your computer in My Documents and you can browse for it in Respax.

Open your organisation screen and click on Logo.

Click on Upload Image

Browse for your logo file.

Click Open

Important: If you use a remote hosted server, browse for the file on your local harddrive in My Documents. See picture below.

The logo should now be saved and used on reports.
