Using Diary Notes against Agents

Overview
The tickbox "Show when opening booking" can be used on Agent Diary Notes, to force the note to appear in any bookings made using that particular agent.
Configuration in Maintenance
Click on Maintenance, Edit/Add Organisations. Click on the appropriate Agent, and hit Diary
Hit Add New Diary Note
Type the diary note details, and tick the box show when opening booking
NOTE: If you select a diary TYPE from the drop down list on the right, then the diary note will NOT be editable when opened via a booking (below)
Behaviour in a NEW booking
Click on New Booking (making sure you use the agent which has a diary note assigned to it).
Tab past the agent code, and the Diary button will show a red corner to indicate a diary note is included.
Once the booking screen expands, clicking on Diary will display the diary notes.
Behaviour in an EXISTING booking
Opening an existing booking for the agent, will now show the diary note on opening:
