RON agent branch mappings

Index

Overview

When a Respax operator receives a mapping request from an agent that uses the Respax Operator Network (RON), a single organisation and user are set up by default. The agent might have numerous branches and when a booking is made from a branch, the operator might want the booking to go to the correct branch agent that is set up in Respax. This tool helps with the managing of these mappings. The agent sends the branch ID with their booking and Respax translates it according to this table.

Distributor Mapping Tool

To access the tool, open the parent agent organisation and click on "Mappings"

F2 in any cell in the "Agent Code" column will display the list of agents to select from.

Free type the "Distributor Code" that is provided by the agent. Here are some lists of agents that provide their branch ID when making a booking:

Destination Cairns Marketing - http://dcmres.com/location_list

Website Travel - http://www.websitetravel.com/util/agent/respax/

Click on "Check Data" and then "Commit Data" when all issues, if any, have been resolved.

Data can also be imported in bulk if it is in the correct .csv format. This file can be used as a template:

branches.csv

It is in the following format:

'strDistOrgID','strAgentOrgID'
106,ADVTLO
20,SERPWE
21,CAIBHW
56,ASYCAI
58,ESPBAC
79,HAPTRA
88,TRABUG
91,ESPBH
93,CAIBHC
95,JIMMY

Where the strDistOrgID is the branch ID and the strAgentOrgID is the agent branch code in Respax.
