Agent Mapping Requests

Overview
Agents can ask to make bookings live into an operator's Respax. They can use one of Respax's online agent products or via the RON XML-API.
How To
A mapping request will appear when a user with the "Agent Mappings" icon in his/her Maintenance section, logs in.
The user will need "User Settings" and "Organisation" permissions to be able to create any new organisations or users.
If the Respax User wants to review Agent Mappings, you can access it directly from the Maintenance / Agent Mappings Menu.
Double click on any PENDING requests to complete and ACCEPT them, or to simply DECLINE them.
If the Agent requesting the mapping already exists in your Respax, choose "Existing Agent Code", Press F2 and search for the Agent.
- If there is an existing User for that Agent, choose "Existing User", and select the User from the drop down list.
- If there is no existing User, then Click on "New User" and complete the rest of the User fields (username is a required field)
If the Agent is new, choose "New Agent" - The Agent Name will already be filled in. Complete the rest of the Agent fields.
- Then Click on "New User" and complete the rest of the User fields (username is a required field)
Finally, Click on Accept, and the Agent will be emailed to advise they can begin making LIVE Bookings
