Overview
Agents can ask to make bookings live into an operator's Respax. They can use one of Respax's online agent products or via the RON.
How To
A mapping request will appear when a user with the "Agent Mappings" icon in his/her Maintenance section, logs in.
The user will need "User Settings" and "Organisation" permissions to be able to create any new organisations or users. Fill in all the required details.
