Overview
Tickets and ticket printing is explained in this section: Ticket Printing For Reservations. Vouchers and voucher printing is what the majority of Respax clients use. This section demonstrates how to preview vouchers and either print or email. It also demonstrate bulk printing of vouchers.
Printing / Email From the Reports Section
A single voucher can be printed or emailed from the "Reports" area.
Click "Reports" -> "All Reports" -> "Operations" -> "ztd - Vouchers - All". Enter the confirmation number for the booking.
Click on "Print" to print without preview or click on "Preview" and then the printer icon to print with preview. Click on "Email" to email.
Printing / Email From Within the open Booking
The voucher for the current booking that is open can be printed or emailed from the confirmation screen.
If an existing booking has been opened, remember to click on "Confirmation on Commit" to show the Confirmation screen. More on that here: Why is the Confirmation on Commit box not always ticked?
Click on "Commit (F8)"
Click on "Confirmation" and select the "Print" tab. Select "Voucher" and click "Print"
To email the voucher, select the "Email" tab and tick "Email Confirmation" and "Voucher" and then click "Send/Print"
How to Bulk Print Vouchers
Do a search for the bookings whose vouchers must be bulk printed.
Select all the bookings whose vouchers must be bulk printed - normal Windows mouse selection methods apply - click on the first one and hold Shift in and select the last or hold Ctrl in and click on the required bookings. Right click and click "Print" and "Vouchers".
How to set the default printer
The vouchers will be printed to the printer set as default in Respax on the "Reports" "Printer Setup" screen. (Right click on the printer and set to default.)
