Overview
This HowTo document shows the basics on creating, editing and removing scheduled reports.
Creating a Scheduled Report
Click on Reports, All Reports on the menu
- Find the report which needs to be scheduled
- Click on the Schedule button - Fill in the appropriate Criteria
- Click on the next Tab - Fill in the Schedule needed
- Choose the output needed, and fill in all the appropriate information.
- Save Changes.
- Done!
Editing a Scheduled Report
- Click on Reports button(top bar)
- Click on the Schedule Tab
- Edit the schedule as needed
- Save Changes
Deleting a Scheduled Report
- Click on Reports button(top bar)
- Click on the Schedule Tab
- Hit the Delete Button
- Say Yes to confirmation message
- Done
