Overview
This HowTo document shows how to configure and send a fax or sms from respax
Faxing via Reports Menu
- Choose a report from the Reports menu
- Preview to ensure there is data
- Close the preview
- Hit the “Fax Report” button on the report menu
Enter the details – fax number must include FULL AREA CODE even for local faxes
- Hit Send Fax
- This sends the task to the Taskmaster pending list (Scheduled to go) and will go in the next Taskmaster Task run.
Faxing via Confirmation Screen
Open an existing booking and tick the show confirmation on commit before hitting the commit button.
- Hit the Confirmation button
Fill in the details – fax number must include FULL AREA CODE even for local faxes
- Hit Send/Print
