Credit Card Messages

Overview

This How To document will show you the different type of Credit Card Messages that you can get in Respax.

This image is an example of when Respax is not getting a response from the authenticator. This could mean that your internet is having problems. It, also, could mean that the Respax processed the credit card by did not get a response back from Money Train. Please do not process the transaction again without checking on Money Train's approval list.

Once this has happened, the transaction automatically is put into the Dubious status which means it has not been confirmed.

This image is an example of when Respax is processing your transaction. This could take a varied amount of time depending on your internet connection speed.

This image is an example of an approved transaction. The display window should provide a reference number that confirms the transaction through Money Train and Respax.

This image is an example of when a transaction has been aborted through Respax. To make sure the credit card was not charged, Money Train needs to be checked and until it has been, the status is set to Dubious in Respax.
