How to flush inactive users. (Free up licenses.)

Overview
Depending on the amount of licenses that your company have (normally 3 to start with), you might find yourself in a situation where all licenses are being used. Nobody can then log in. This section demonstrates how to "flush" users to free up a license.
Permission required
Only users with "System/Server Settings" permission set, can log other users out. This is a message where the user do not have the permission:
To set the permission, tick the appropriate box - see next picture: (This is in Maintenance -> Edit/Add People -> Login details -> Permissions tab)
This is the message that a user with correct permission sees:
Highlight the user that you want to flush and click "flush".
