Web Enabling
Following example demonstrate a typical link. You will need to replace the server address details, financial entity ids and site id with details from your server and database.
https://secure.respax.com.au/interface/netwizard/bin/dispatch.php?file=roo.roologin&site=TOURINFO&config=live
https://secure.respax.com.au - ip address or hostname of your webserver.
&site=<YOURID> - Normally the org id of the financial entity
&config=live - Points the netwizard to your live database. Use train to point to training db.
Lets start with logging in to the netwizard inteface. Normally, you can use the same login as you use with Respax for Windows.
Once logged in, you will land on the Netwizard Roo home page.
Click on Edit/Add Tours in the right-hand tool bar.
Click on the tour that you would like to web-enable...
Make sure that the tour is Enabled and Web Enabled. Click on Web Details button on the top-right...
You are now in the main web maintenance screen. This form will allow you to add all tour content, enable basis and subbasis as well as upload various images. Click on Preview details.
This is the page that will be integrated into your website. Use this page to check your information. Note that only prices for basis/subbasis that are webenabled, will show in the price matrix.
You can link to this page from anywhere on your website. The link is similar to the one we used earlier. Here is an example.
https://secure.respax.com.au/interface/netwizard/bin/dispatch.php?file=info.infodetails&strTourCode=MIC&site=TOURINFO
If you are unsure which items in the link should be replaced, contact your IT department or email support@trinitysoftware.com.au
