Creating a Operator Login to their products in your database
Overview Shows you how to setup a user for a operator with products in your Respax system. The user will be able to login using the netwizard and have limited access to product which they are operators for.
Use the roo login in Respax Netwizard to configure the user:
dispatch.php?file=roo.roologin&config=live
Your Respax for Windows login details should work on this screen.
Click on Edit / Add Organisation on the home screen, find the operator organisation and edit it. Make sure that this operator has Organisation is an Operator and Organisation is an Agent checked. Save and go back to Home page.
Click on Edit / Add User on the home screen. Add a New user or find an existing user. In the Edit user dialog, make sure that the user is Enabled and that user Login is Disabled, Login As Operator/Crew/Agent is unchecked.
Still in the Edit User screen, Edit Permissions. Make sure that (Edit Tours and Web Tours) and (Advanced Tour Maintenance) is checked.
Logout and try the login with the following link to your server:
dispatch.php?file=extop.extoplogin&config=live
