Setting up agents/organisations and users

Overview
Agents and users can be set up either in Respax Enterprise or via Netwizard. This section demonstrates how to do it in Netwizard.
Create Agent organisation
Log into your operator section of your Netwizard program.
Click on "Edit / Add Users"
Create user
Agent organisations need at least one user to be able to log into Netwizard.
Log into your operator section of your Netwizard program.
Click on "Edit / Add Users"
Click on "New User"
Fill in all the details. Click on "Search for Agency" to select the organisation that the user belong to. Type some of the organisation name before clicking on "Search for Agency" to shorten the list. Click on "Save" when completed.
We recommend some form of naming convention to distinguish web agent users from normal reservations users. We recommend a more generic approach such as all first names = "Web Agent" and the last name = "the agent organisation name" in this case Greensleeves.
Note: Use your email for the user at this stage.
Reason:
1) You can then log in as this agent with the password you selected and test that it works.
2) Set the favourites up.
3) Do a password reset and you will get the email.
4) Write a nice introduction email to the agent and just put the link in for him to change his password so it is secure.
5) Remember to change the email address over to the agent's after all is done.
On the permissions screen, this is the "normal" settings, but you can decide how much functionality you want to give the user.
