Install PDF reader
Respax reporting requires a PDF document reader to be installed on the PC. This software is free of charge and can be downloaded from Free Foxit Reader or Adobe Reader
Banking Detailed
This report assists with the daily banking reconciliation process. It provides a detailed breakdown of monies collected by agents, in-house reservations, any outstanding money (POB), outside operators and second level agents.
This is an example for "Reservations".
Invoice Summary (Tour Date)
This report assists with issuing invoices for agents. It lists all the booking details and totals.
Confirmation
Provides a confirmation ticket/voucher with booking information.
