Overview
Agents and other operators can book your products via Tourdesk, Tourvoucher or through the Respax operator network. You need to allow them permission to book your products. The process is called "mapping". The agent/operator asks you for a mapping and you can either accept or decline it. This section explains how to do it.
Map an agent
Depending on which program (Tourdesk, Tourvoucher or through the Respax operator network the agent uses, he will ask for a mapping on a screen like this:
In Respax, you will see the following on the "Agents" tab. Double click on the agent mapping.
Tick the "New Agent" if it does not exist already.
Fill in/edit all the details and click "Accept".
