How to enable the Respax Lite Credit Card functionality

Overview
The credit card extension provides extra functionality for the user.
How to enable it.
Click on "My Company" tab and click on the "Edit Subscriptions" button.
Click "Next", until you get to the Credit Card Processing screen:
Tick the box next to "Apply for Credit Card merchant facilities now"
This will activate the drop down box shown above.
Choose the appropriate provider (Australian Provider (Camtech)) if you are in Australia and click on "Next"
On the completion of this wizard, you will be able to download the Credit card merchant application form which should then be faxed to Respax once filled in.
