TourVoucher - How To Search and Edit
Click on the "Search/Edit" tab.
Fill in as much or little information that is available and click "Search Now"
Click on "Edit Booking" to edit the booking - depending on the cut-off times of the operator, this might not be possible.
Click on "Cancel Booking" to cancel a booking.
IMPORTANT
If the operator database is off-line, only the booking in TourVoucher will be deleted. The operator needs to be advised by phone/email or fax.

Depending on the cut-off times of the operator, this might not be possible to cancel in the operator's database. The operator needs to be advised by phone/email or fax.
Click on "Preview Voucher" to bring up the voucher for the booking.
When cancelling the booking the following screen is displayed - Click "OK" to confirm to delete the booking.
The following screen shows that the booking has been cancelled in TourVoucher and the operator's database.
