Welcome to Respax TourVoucher
Welcome to the Respax TourVoucher reservations system. TourVoucher is a web-based, real-time product catalogue that links multiple ResPax systems into a single interface where users can create bookings directly to the operators' databases.
Logging into TourVoucher
First thing to do is log into TourVoucher before any tasks can be performed. This can be found at http://tourvoucher.respax.com.au

You might have a link provided, that you click to log in.
If you go via http://tourvoucher.respax.com.au, you will see this screen - type in your user name and password provided to you.
If you were just provided a link, you will go straight to this screen - same as after providing a user name and password.
How To Make A Booking
Select the region where the tour operator is located.
Select the operator.
Select the date of travel.
Select the tour.
Select the fare basis.
Select the departure time.
Click on "Check Availability"
Respax TourVoucher checks in the operators Respax database if there is availability. Please be patient - this might take a while depending on internet quality/speed and load on the database
If there is availability, the following screen shows: Fill in the required details, select pick-ups and how money is collected. Two tabs at the top displays Important Notes and Comments and Tour Details.
Click on "Commit Voucher"
TourVoucher now goes to the operators database and commits the booking.
If the process has been successful the following screen is displayed with all the relevant details. This can be printed or a PDF document created that can be saved / emailed / printed.
