Overview
The booking cart holds all the tours that will be associated with the current customer.
Customer details
This section contains the details for the passenger or group leader of the booking/s.

Description |
A short description of the tour and the tour code. If the user clicks on the description More Details are revealed |

Time |
The start time for the tour. If multiple start times are available, the required time can be selected with the drop down button |

Basis |
The sub category of the tour. If multiple sub categories are available, the required category can be selected with the drop down button |
|||
Pax |
The amount of passengers on the booking. If the user clicks on the amount More Details are revealed and pax numbers can be changed |

Avail |
The amount of spaces left for the selected tour code and Basis |
|||
Levy |
The total amount of levies charged on the tour in the selected currency |

Sell |
The amount that the Tourdesk user is charging for the tour in the selected currency. This may not be the same as the operator retail price and may be determined in Manage Products |

Levy/Sell Total -> Levy |
The total amount of levies charged on all the tour in the selected currency |

Levy/Sell Total -> Sell |
The total amount that the tourdesk user is charging for the tour in the selected currency. This may not be the same as the operator retail price and may be determined in Manage Products |

Booking Fee |
The booking fee charged by the Tourdesk user. Defined in My Company |

Operator payment details
Provides details on how the payment for the tour/s will be split between operator/s and Tourdesk user. The only options are Deposit Only or Paid in Full if the Respax user has permission granted by the operator to take full payment. All fields are automatically calculated. Screen Functionality Label Description Operator: The operator/s listed in order of the tour/s in the Tour details section Payment split Selects between Deposit Only or Paid in Full if the Respax user has permission granted by the operator to take full payment. The amount to collect for the tour is shown to the far right You Collect (including booking fee): The total amount the Respax user collects from the customer, including booking fee if any Remainder collected by Operators (including levies): The total remaining monies that the customer must pay to the operator/s, including levies if any Booking Currency: Selects the currency in which the payment will be made. Currency conversions are set in My Company -> Curr Rates
Payment Preference
Selects the method of payment the customer is providing to the Tourdesk user. If credit card is selected, provides card information in order for the payment to be processed.
