Welcome to Respax TourDesk
Welcome to the Respax TourDesk reservations system. The TourDesk is a web-based, real-time product catalog that links multiple ResPax to a single interface where users can create bookings directly to the operators.
Logging into TourDesk
First thing to do is log into TourDesk before any tasks can be performed. This can be found at http://tourdesk.respax.com.au
Type in the User ID and Password given to the user by the administrator...
And click Login. This will link straight to the Product Catalog.
Product Catalog
The Product Catalog menu...
Is comprised of several sub sections which is as follows...
By Region... which allows product searches by what region the tours are for.
By Operator... which allows the user to select which operator will show in the operator/product list.
Search... where users can search for particular products in regions and locations.
Favorites... where users can set a operator/product list of preffered products rather than constantly searching for the same items.
Free Form... which provides a means of creating Free Form bookings. To learn more about Free Form bookings, please refer to Adding Tours to the Cart
Current Booking Cart
The Current Booking Cart menu...
Shows what products have currently been selected to be committed to bookings.
For more information on the Cart, please refer to Using the Cart tool
Search Bookings
The Search Bookings menu...
Is where users can search for previously made and committed bookings.
Change my Password
The Change my Password menu...
Is where the user currently logged in can change his/her password.
Reports
The Reports menu...
Shows which reports can be printed in regards to TourDesk bookings, vouchers, itineraries, etc.
