Overview

In TourDesk, availability for any tour listed in the Product Catalog is can be accessed through many different sections and areas. This tutorial will show where and how these sections are used.


Availability in Product Catalog

The Product Catalog has two different areas that shows availability:

  1. 5 Day Spread

  2. Availability Grid

5 Day Spread

The 5 Day Spread is one of the most common ways of finding availability in the product catalog as it shows the amount of seats available on any tour listed in a five day period. Choose an operator and tour...

On the right hand side, the 5 Day Spread will show what is available...

Availability Grid

The Availability Grid shows for a selected date the availability of all tour options under the tour. Choose an operator and tour...

Click Show All next to the selected to show the Availability Grid...


The dates can be changed by clicking the arrows next to the date showing on the top-left corner of the grid.

To access the Product Information Screen, click on a tour...


Click on Availability...
