Tour Code

Free type field that displays the currently displayed tour code selected

From Date

Search criteria - The starting date of desired date period

To Date

Search criteria - The ending date of desired date period

Tour Date

Table Column - The date of available resources

Time

Table Column - The time of available resources

Max Pax

Table Column - The maximum number of availability

Availability Msg

Table Column - Any message that is displayed when a new booking checks for availability on desired date

Set Range

Opens a blank Resource Availability Range window

Refresh

Refreshes the window with the current Search Criteria

Close

Closes the current window

Resource Availability Range

Field

Description

From Date

Starting date of range to be set/deleted

To Date

Ending date of range to be set/deleted

Days

A set of check boxes that represent the days of the week. Checking a day will have the range set for that day, unchecking will not set availability on that day between the specified dates

Time

A drop down box with times available

Max Pax

The maximum amount of passengers able to travel

Expiry(hours)

The amount of hours before the tour date before this range is released

Basis

If checked, users are able to set availability for desired Basis

Sub Basis

If checked, users are able to set availability for desired SubBasis

Set Range

Sets the range desired

Delete Range

Deletes any ranges between the From Date and To Date for specified tour code

Close

Closes the screen

Availability Message

Allows a user to free type an availability message that is to be displayed when users book with this availability range
