Adding a Fuel Levy with POB to an Agent Type

Overview
This section will demonstrate how to set up a tour code which pulls in a levy price for a particular agent TYPE.
Create a new component code
In Maintenance ... Edit / Add Tours
Click Add New and create a new tour code.
Fill in all the yellow fields: Code / Tour Operator / Tour Owner / Schedule
Hit the Schedule button to add one:
Save the new Tour Code.
This will save the tour.
And now it will appear in this list:
Click on the tour code to go back into it
Click on the Advanced tab to check a couple of boxed:
- Component Only
- Disable Availability Check
Add Agent Type prices
Hit the Price Matrix button to add prices:
Click on the Adv Group checkbox to activate the extra options:
By Agent Code is selected by default, change this to the appropriate choice:
And hit Save.
Add the component to appropriate tours
Now go into any tours which need this levy on them:
Hit the Components button:
Add the new tour code the the N/a N/a Package Set using the Add Day Tour button.
Make sure the 2 ticks on the right are ticked:
- Include Levy
- Levy POB
Hit Save Changes.
Test Bookings

Levy comes in:
ITO Agent Type Agent:
Levy doesnt appear:
