How Do I Assign A Roster In Bulk Rather Than Day By Day?
Step 1 Select the date that you want to start rostering from.
Step 2 Enter the number of days that you wish to roster. For example if you want to roster 1 month then enter 30 days, 2 months 60 days, 1 year 365 days etc.
Step 3 Select the sectors that you want to roster, right click and select Add Resource.
Step 4 Select the Resource Type.
Step 5 Check the Repeat check box.
Step 6 UnCheck the days that you DON'T want to roster.
Step 7 *IF* you want to overwrite existing resources with the new resource then check the Overwrite check box. If you don't check the Overwrite check box it will just fill in the blank spots where there are not existing resources.
Step 8 Hit the Save button. It should refresh the current line that you just added, but to see the range of resources that you added, hit the refresh button.

How to enable web agents to edit and cancel web bookings
In Maintenance, open the User and in Login Details, Permissions, tick "Edit Web Bookings".
