Searching For Bookings
The search menu is available from the pulldown menu under Reservations, or via a toolbar icon (left or top).
Index
Use one or many criteria to return results. All searches are stored in history so you can easily repeat a search.
And you can click on the arrow beside "show extended filter" to see this:
Once you have defined your criteria, click on the Search button to return the result.
The Last Searches (search history mentioned above), and My Bookings (all bookings made by you in the last 24 hours) are accessible from the top menu:

Cfm No |
Enables search by single or multiple confirmation numbers. The confirmation number is a unique booking number. Use comma delimitation to seperate multiple confirmation numbers. |

Tour |
Search by Tourcode. Check Like to do a wildcard search without the wildcard character. |

Date |
Search by Travel date. Use both date pickers to define a date range. Lefthand date picker returns dates large than defined date. Righthand date pickerreturns dates smaller than defined date. |

Passenger Name |
Search by Passenger name. Applies wildcard search by default without using a special wild card character. Eg. John , will return all pax with first name John regardless of their last name. Check Like to make the search case insensitive. |

Voucher No |
By Voucher number. Check Like to do a wildcard search without the wildcard character. |

Operator Ref |
Searches By External Reference. This fields is commonly a unique reference in a previous reservation system |

Agent Code |
Search by Agent Code. Check Like to do a wildcard search without the wildcard character. |

Ticket Reference |
Search by Ticket Reference. |

Booked Date |
Search by booking date. |

Search Results
Search Results are retured in a listview. You can sort any column by clicking on the column and a booking can be opened by just double-clicking on the booking row in the search result. If your criteria only returns a single row, the booking will be opened immediately.
The search result rows are colour coded. Cancelled bookings are red, Confirmed bookings are black, Unconfirmed bookings are blue and Waitlists are purple
Menus and Tools
Alternative to double-clicking to open the booking, the search result screen supports right-click to access a popup menu giving you extended functionality without having to enter the booking. It also allows you to manipulate multiple bookings at the same time.
