Trick to use $0 prices for any passenger type
At the moment Respax does not allow $0 prices for any passenger type. A trick to get around it, is to set the price to $0.0001. Remember - when you want to cancel or refund - refund the $0.0001 otherwise Respax will not allow you to cancel the booking. This refund will only work in the Extended version.
How to get rid of the example tour
Any tour can only be deleted if all bookings have travelled already. So change the travel date on the test booking to a passed date and cancel the booking. You can now delete the Example tour.
How to pass the date in the web voucher as well
Concatenate this to the normal url generated by Respax: &tour_date=dd-Mmm-yyyy
