Allotment List for Field Description From Date Search criteria - The starting date of desired date period To Date Search criteria - The ending date of desired date period Agent Search criteria - The desired agent Agent Table Column - Displays the agent code Tour Date Table Column - Displays the tour date of allotment Time Table Column - Displays the tour time of allotment Alot No Table Column - Displays the number of allotted availability Release (hrs) Table Column - Displays the number of hours before the tour date that the allotment will be released into the availability pool Set Range Opens a blank Set Allotments window Refresh Refreshes the window with the current search criteria Close Closes the window
Set Allotments
Set Allotments for... {tourcode} Field Description From Date The starting date of desired date period To Date The ending date of desired date period Days A set of check boxes that represent the days of the week. Checking a day will have the range set for that day, unchecking will not set availability on that day between the specified dates No Allotted Free type field that shows the number of desired allotments Release (Hrs) Free type field that shows the number of hours before the tour date that the allotment will be released into the availability pool Time A drop down box with times available Agent The desired agent for allotments Set Range Sets the allotment range into the database Delete Range Deletes the allotment range from the database Close Closes the window
